Additional Charges and Terms (whereever applicable):

  • Minimum of 300KM or more whichever applicable per day
  • For night driving between 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, an allowance of 300 (per night) will need to be paid to the driver.
  • This fare does not include inter-state tax, toll and parking. Please pay directly to the concerned authorities


  1. The customer shall pay the taxi fare, parking charges, additional night allowances (where applicable) & any fee or levy presently payable or here-in after imposed by the law are required to be paid for availing of the taxi services.
  2. The customer shall ensure that he/she will not indulge in any of the following activities while in a taxi:
    1. Smoking, drinking or consuming any kind of intoxicants inside the taxi. Driver has the rights to refuse pick-up or ask the customer to alight the cab, if the customer is found to be in an intoxicated state (or) is found misbehaving with other passengers (or) with the driver (or) causing a nuisance.
    2. Littering the taxi.
    3. Soiling or damaging the seats and or any other interiors of the taxi.
    4. Misusing, soiling or damaging any of the devices (technical/non-technical) in thetaxi.
  3. Asking the driver to break any TRAFFIC/RTO/CITY Policies and/or Government Rules for any purpose (especially reaching destinations earlier), the driver has rights to refuse such requests by the customer.
  4. Asking the driver to board more passengers than the seating capacity in the taxi. The driver has the right to refuse such a pick-up or as such customers to alight from the cab.
  5. The company shall be entitled at any time without giving any reasons to terminate the booking of taxis booked by customer.
  6. The company encourages all its customers to take full responsibility of his/her belongings. In case if customer lost any items inside the car, company will try to locate the items on a “Best-Efforts” basis but it is not responsible for the same in case of LOSS or DAMAGE to the same.
  7. If the customer forgets any of his/her goods in the taxi, or has any complaints regarding the services, the customer has to inform the same in writing within 12 hours of using the services of company.
  8. Kindly note that the company neither own any taxis nor does it indirectly or directly employ any drivers for the taxis. Taxi & Driver are supplied by third party and the company disclaims any and all liability in respect of the drivers and the taxis alike.
  9. The company reserves all the rights to use the customer contact information for its own marketing purpose. The company may send regular E-mails or SMS updates to the mail id’s or mobile numbers registered with it.
